3D Printed Ute Accessories

The accessory market for the camping and 4wd industry is massive.

And yet there’s always something else that can be manufactured and produced.

A special nook you’d like to utilise, an alternative bracket, better storage.

The list goes on.

Couple that with some design software and a 3D printer and the opportunities are endless.

Here are a few things I’ve 3D printed for the Setup to make camping, travelling and commuting a little more pleasurable.

Water Gun Holder

The Water Gun Holder helps keep the nozzle up and out of the way.

It makes getting the nozzle out nice and easy, which prevents it from just laying in the main tub area and potentially having a blow out.

Best part is, it mounts to factory bolt holes of the Aluminium canopy so there are no new holes.

Rubbish Bag Tailgate Holder

When travelling on the road, rubbish is a given.

Typically I’d try and ‘Scout Knot’ the rubbish bag to the tailgate and we were good.

When it came time to remove the bag, it was an absolute mission.

I needed something easier.

I designed a bad holder for the tailgate that converts a factory bolt into a rubbish bag holder.

It means no more impossible to remove rubbish bag knots.

And quick rubbish bag setups.

Hand Sanitiser Holder

Inside the cab, the Navara gave a few opportunities for mods.

There is small section along the centre console beneath the head unit.

It’s an awkward size slot, but makes for a great sanitiser hanger.

The sanitiser holder sits in the slot, while allowing it to still be used for other small objects.

Bonus is that the precious drink holders are no longer occupied by a rogue sanitiser bottle.

Centre Console Organiser

I was sick of my centre console being a jungle.

I needed something with a bit more structure.

The centre console uses a custom designed Molle Panel and channels, to make the space more usable.

I run some shock cord through the Molle panel and it holds all kind of tools.

It makes space much easier to access and actually find what I’m looking for.

Together these prints just make hitting the road a little easier and a little more pleasurable.
